Small Grants Program
Georgia River Network / Turner Foundation
Grant Program
Thanks to funding from the Turner Foundation, Georgia River Network was able to offer mini-grants once a year for 8 consecutive years to grassroots river groups for projects in Georgia to directly impact high priority problems causing water quality degradation, impaired in-stream flows and/or inefficient use of water through advocacy, campaigns, on the ground project implementation, or legal work. These grants helped keep your rivers clean and ensured enough clean water for future generations. Though this grant program is no longer active, we are very proud of all that was accomplished through it. Listed below are the projects that were funded through this program.
